Multiple-Entry Pre-Investment Visa D12

The D12 Visa is the ideal solution for those planning to stay in Indonesia long-term, especially if you’re considering starting a business in Indonesia and want to live here first to explore the local market.

The D12 Visa is issued for 1 or 2 years and allows stays in Indonesia of up to 180 days per visit, with no need for an extension. After 180 days, you can either leave the country and return or extend your stay for another 180 days. This allows you to remain in Indonesia for up to 6 months without the need for an extension, and for up to 1 year without leaving the country!

During the visa’s validity, you can leave and re-enter the country an unlimited number of times. A new 180-day period will begin each time you re-enter Indonesia.

Purpose of Visit

The D12 Visa is intended for pre-investment purposes and allows you to conduct activities related to starting a business, including but not limited to field surveys and feasibility studies.

Additionally, this visa permits activities related to tourism, as well as visiting friends and family.

How to get

To apply for a D12 Visa, you must have a sponsoring company in Indonesia. We will be glad to provide sponsorship for your visa and handle the entire application process.

All visas to Indonesia are submitted online, and personal presence is not required.
