Indonesia’s Second Home Visa is the Limited Stay Permit (ITAS), which gives the right to stay in the country up to for 5 years and engage in various nonwork-related activities such as investing, tourism visits, and retirement.
The primary requirement for obtaining this visa is to demonstrate proof of funds, either through an Indonesian bank account owned by a foreigner with a minimum balance of USD 130,000 or through ownership of luxury real estate in Indonesia valued at least USD 1,000,000.
The Second Home visa is for specific foreign nationals and former Indonesian citizens who wish to stay and make a positive contribution to the Indonesian economy. So any foreigner who fulfills the requirements and is at least 19 years old may apply for a Second Home Visa.
